where is the most reliable and best place 2 buy seeds and trees from? thanks!

I am still at school but I really like the idea of getting an allotnment and I have been researching how to grow relatively easy things like strawberries. The thing is, all the allotment sites near me are full. They have even closed some of the waiting lists because they are so long. Does anyone have any ideas how I could get one?
