Hi,
I know that fruit bushes (black currents etc) should be planted out in late autumn but is it to late to do so now?
Thanks in advance

planting fruit bushes

You still have plenty of time, especialy as the weather is so fickle at the moment, the ground has not realy started to rise in temparature, you can usually tell when the buds start swelling on the bushes that you need to move.

Hello Smee family
I hope your fruit bushes are now well established. Now is the time to sprinkle round some high potash fertilizer and fork it in lightly don't dig deep and always use a fork because the roots are only just below the surface after applying the fertilizer mulch with anything that will help to hold in the moisture
