I sent an email raising a couple of points that has come up in conversation with other plot holders, and here was the reply to the email

Hi Peter

Thank you for your email.

Plot 8 has been let, although they have not been quick to start, I will be keeping an eye on things to ensure the plot is prepared for the next growing season.

All the plots are sufficient for tenants to have their own shed if they want to. Also, people do not have to accept the first plot they are offered, they can remain on the waiting list, until something more suitable comes up.

With regards to the water, all our water catchments systems that we have on our allotment sites are more than sufficient to supply water.

If you are worried about this, then you can always collect your water, by using guttering on a shed and collecting the run off in butts.

We will not be installing any more water catchments systems on the site, as it will be sufficient.

I hope that answers all your questions.

I trust the plot is going well.

Thanks

Helen
