Hi there just would like to say hi to everyone,
Ive just got started on my allotment what hasnt been used in two years and just wounderd if there's any good tips to help me prepare the ground. I have already sown my Leeks and Tomatoes indoors, but want to make sure I give them there best chance once I planted them outside.

Getting started

Hi Bebushman
I'm sorry to say unless you have a heated greenhouse your tomato's are doomed to failure. My advice to you is to get a couple of books by Dr. D.G. Hessayon called VEGETABLE EXPERT and ALLOTMENT EXPERT They are available in most garden centres or online from AMAZON or EBAY
Take some detailed pictures of your plot and post them on the blog page and from them we will be better able to offer you the correct advice
Happy gardening
Lottyman
