HOW TO USE THE SERVICES WANTED SECTION
POSTING A CLASSIFIED AD:
Make sure you include details of where the service you are advertising for will be needed (ie. digging service required on Acme Street Allotments)
ANSWERING A CLASSIFIED AD:
Ask questions of the seller by posting a reply on the forum.
Arrange collection by using the pm (private message) feature.
DO NOT POST PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS OR HOME ADDRESSES
Hi all,
I have an allotment in Woodhouse Park, Wythenshaw, Manchester and unfortunately have had a good few personal issues and have not had a chance to do anything on my plot. I do not want to lose my plot as I had waited too long to get it, so I am offering someone the chance to share my allotment with me if they are willing to keep on top of things for the next year or so until my life becomes a little less stressful.
The plot share has no time scale, if you want to share with me for 1 year or 10 years its completely up to you, I just need someone to take over it for the next year or so.
It is a brand new plot (10x10) which will need a lot of hard work, it needs to have all the overgrown bushes cut down and will need to be rotavated then sectioned. As I stated earlier I have not had the time to do anything on it in. I am not asking for any money for sharing the plot, I just want someone who really wants to work an allotment and someone who is willing to maintain it like it was their own.
