Missing padlock on the gates

Hi everyone
Chris from Plot three noticed last night (Friday night) that the Gate was open, when he went to look the Padlock was missing.
He has put a Padlock on the gate, with a note telling you what to do if you want to get the key.
The Padlock was quite a hefty thing to cut-off or saw through.
Could everyone that went to the Allotments yesterday please have a look in case they took it home by mistake.
It is an easy thing to do.
