SWAN PLOT 27th Feb UPDATE

We have had to advertise for new families for the plot as we have lost some of the group as they have now found an allotment which two families have joined together on one plot , they all got on fantastically well. at least they have left with the knowledge to grow and wont be to much of a struggle. they have got there allotments just at the right time, although I expect they have a lot of work to do. Mitton Allotments had two vacancies come up so its brilliant at present there is a two year waiting list.
A group in Northway Tewkesbury, have also found some rough ground to try and grow vegetables on, they are also hopefully planting up a miniture orchard and this we might be able to start this year.
Swan plot is also trying to get National Heritage trees as there is some ground there for some trees but this is quite a commitment over a number of years.
